After brushing off the ice and warming up inside the heated tent at the 2009 Polar Plunge, Team Shuman met the 98 Rock Morning Show. Our own Jenn White has known one of the popular DJs Amelia for many years. During the conversation, Amelia was concerned about one of the show’s regular guests and #1 fan, Mikey “Papers”. Mikey never smiled and had poor self esteem all because he was missing a front tooth. His anxiety and fear had held him from seeking treatment. As we all know, there are no coincidences in life and Mikey was instantly taken under the easy-going, gentle care of Dr. Shuman and his Excellent Team. Soon, Mikey had a front tooth and invisible braces. With renewed confidence and a smile as big as his heart, Mikey is on the road to great dental healing.
